Managing Director
Dale Lofts

Dale founded Blueforce and celebrates 24 years of leadership in 2025. With over 30 years of experience in the security industry, he remains focused on delivering personalised solutions across all sectors, while driving continuous service improvement.
Dale built Blueforce’s strong family-like culture, and as a long-standing supporter of community initiatives, he was recognised with the Stirling Star Award in 2014 — the first volunteer recipient.
Operations Manager
Nick Longman

Nick joined Blueforce in 2004 as a technician before moving into project management in 2007. By 2010, he had become Operations Manager and has since contributed to the success of every Blueforce project.
His deep operational expertise has helped shape Blueforce into a dynamic provider of integrated security solutions across a wide range of industries, maintaining a strong focus on client needs and service excellence.
Sales Manager
Sam Lofts

With over a decade of experience in electrical and security services, Sam began his career as a tradesman before becoming Sales Manager in 2011. His hands-on knowledge and practical approach have been key to delivering effective client solutions.
Specialising in commercial builds, fit-outs, and industrial projects, Sam leads the design and end-to-end delivery of tailored security and monitoring systems for Blueforce clients.
