Celebrating 14 years of success in 2016, Dale has built Blueforce from the ground up. With over 30 years’ experience in the security industry, Dale’s dedication, drive and determination to build a flourishing company was catalysed during his years of service as a Senior Regional and National Manager for a multinational security company. He strives to deliver and improve services and solutions to meet individual customer’s needs, whether it is for the commercial, industrial, residential or health sectors.
Dale has inspired a strong ethos in his employees and views Blueforce as an extended family. He strives to provide a friendly, family-orientated service and is dedicated to supporting the wider community. Dale has been involved in various community sporting clubs for over 30 years and was a board member of the Western Australian Rugby League. His commitment to his community earned him the Stirling Star Award for 2014 – the first ever volunteer to win the award.
One of our longest serving employees, Nick joined Blueforce in 2004 as a security service and installation technician, followed by a move to a service and projects management role in 2007. Moving to the pivotal position of Operations Manager in 2010 and having been involved in every project Blueforce has ever won, Nick’s skills and expertise are unparalleled. He has seen Blueforce grow from a small domestic and commercial service provider to a thriving and dynamic team able to provide integrated solutions for all sectors.
Sam has over 10 years’ experience in the electrical and security industry, with his knowledge and skills being well-formed during his previous role as an electrical tradesman. In 2011, Sam moved into the role of Blueforce’s Sales Manager, using his background knowledge as a hands-on technician to develop effective results for our clients. With a wealth of experience in large-scale commercial builds. office fit-outs and industrial projects, Sam specialises in the design, development and installation of comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
Matt joined our sales team in 2011, before taking on the Service Manager role in 2016. During his time at Blueforce, Matt has built meaningful relationships with our customers and continually seeks to advance his knowledge of the industry and latest products. Matt’s customer service skills and thorough industry knowledge allow him to effectively liaise with customers, builders, consultants, architects and other industry personnel alike to provide tailored service solutions.
Celebrating 5 years with Blueforce in 2016, Ellen developed her outstanding customer service skills working in the service team, and continues to grow her knowledge of the security industry. Ellen’s excellent customer service, interpersonal and management skills, and her Blueassist and healthcare expertise were further shaped during her previous role as a health promotion officer, working closely with the elderly and other vulnerable groups in society. Ellen ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Blueforce office.
Neil has over 36 years’ experience in the security and defence industries. Having worked as a control room operator in a number of monitoring companies across Perth, he has developed the skills and knowledge to ensure that the latest measures are in place in our control room. Neil manages the delivery of rapid responses by our control room staff to all your security and life safety needs – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Joining Blueforce in 2013, John hit the ground running and integrated seamlessly into our Projects team. With over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and qualifications in electrical mechanics, cabling and a security consultant installer license, John draws on his hands-on experience to manage large-scale commercial and industrial projects. His eye for detail and wealth of project management experience has ensured the delivery of effective client solutions.
With over 20 years’ experience in the security industry, Stefan is an invaluable member of the Blueforce Projects team. Stefan has a vast knowledge of large security platforms and integration, with qualifications in project management, electrical mechanics, open cabling, security installation and service. Returning from the United Kingdom to Perth in 2014, Stefan draws on his abundant overseas experience to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
After moving from New Zealand to Perth in 1999 to help launch a new wholesale security branch, Neil has never looked back. He recently returned to a sales role, after first joining Blueforce in 2011 to head our projects team, where he managed over 400 boutique and large-scale projects. Focusing on developing new business initiatives and maintaining healthy relationships with our existing customers, Neil is a vital member of our Bluesecurity team, with a strong background in security installations and project management.
With over 15 years’ industry experience, Rob joined our Blueassist team in 2015, responsible for sales growth, development, and strategy implementation. As a licensed consultant, Rob liaises with our valued clients to design and provide training for effective and competitive nurse call and security systems. Rob comes with a wealth of experience from his past role as an electronic engineer, during which he designed and implemented security systems for numerous projects in the corrective services and health care sectors.
With over 15 years’ experience in the security industry, senior administrator Amalia is an integral member of our Blueforce family. Amalia began her time with Blueforce in 2002 as a control room operator, before moving into the administration team in 2007, undertaking a number of roles including office manager. Along with her accounts management and customer service expertise, Amalia also assists with Villages, and is readily available to assist our Village managers with any enquiries they may have.
Joining Blueforce in 2015 as an accounts administrator, Sheena has fast become an invaluable member of our administrative unit. Sheena has taken on the integral role of co-ordinating Villages accounts and customers, supporting the growth and development of Blueassist, and liaising with our Villages to provide client-specific assistance. With previous broad experience in the finance, mining and civil sectors, Sheena is fast developing her knowledge of security and life safety, while also studying a double major in Accounting and Taxation.
Sophie is an accomplished administrator with over 5 years’ experience, providing integral support to our Projects team in her role as contract administrator. Sophie’s excellent contract administration and project liaison skills have been well-formed during her wide-ranging experience in both boutique mining recruitment companies and global corporations such as Hays and Chevron. After working in NSW for three years, Sophie returned to Perth in 2015 to join Blueforce.
Liz joined Blueforce in 2016, after undertaking a number of marketing and communications internships across a variety of industries, including government, tertiary education, transport, arts and events. Having completed a Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design) in 2011, Liz worked as a designer specialising in branding and application development. She briefly studied post-graduate journalism before switching her focus to marketing and communications, and has over 5 years’ solid experience in administration and customer service.
With extensive experience in audio visual, electronics, IT and management fields, Mark has worked in service, operations and on projects in the government, corporate, educational and medical sectors. Mark brings his comprehensive experience to the role of Blueforce’s Service Co-ordinator, with his wide experience working on projects in a technical, operations and management capacity, along with tertiary qualifications in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology Management.
Always leading by example, Denis has over 30 years’ experience in the security industry. Working in the installation, service and sales areas he has held a number of senior roles. Denis’ dedication to customer service, his excellent interpersonal skills, and his drive to provide prompt and effective solutions for our customers have strengthened Blueforce’s service team and delivered on our aim to provide the best service in the industry.
